Tesseract offer a range of Professional services to facilitate the installation and deployment of the Tesseract Field Service Management Software. These Professional services include project management, consultancy, training and technical support. Each of these topics have their own dedicated page on the web site where we go into more detail. In principle a Statement of Works (SOW) is agreed with the customer and a super user or project leader is agreed to liaise with Tesseract during the implementation phase. It is a combination of these professional services that will bring a customer alive and running his service operation on the Tesseract Field Service Management Software.
