On September 18th, we had the pleasure of hosting the Evatic User Conference 2024 in Düsseldorf, bringing together an enthusiastic group of our valued customers from the German region. The event was a remarkable opportunity to connect, learn, and exchange ideas, with the shared goal of driving forward the capabilities of our field service management solutions. Held at a beautiful venue in the heart of the city, the day was filled with engaging presentations, collaborative discussions, and an atmosphere of mutual growth and partnership.
The day began with a warm welcome from our Managing Director, Jörgen Nytro, and Rene Musch, Operations and Project Manager, who set the tone for a day dedicated to innovation and collaboration. The agenda was thoughtfully curated to cover a wide range of topics that are top of mind for our users. We kicked off with a deep dive into the capabilities of Evatic Version 9, presented by our Software Consultant Dominik Tepe together with Product Manager Raphaël Aydin, showcasing new features and enhancements that are designed to make service management even more efficient and user-friendly.
Following this, Julian Fiege led an insightful session on integrations, exploring how our clients can optimize their Evatic systems through seamless integrations with other business tools. His presentation highlighted the importance of streamlined workflows and data synchronization, showing how effective integration strategies can significantly boost operational efficiency and productivity. This session sparked a lot of interest and lively discussion, with attendees eager to learn more about how they can leverage these capabilities in their own organizations.
We were honored to have industry leaders share their insights and experiences with the audience. Jan Kuhne from Witzig captivated us with his presentation on the evolving landscape of field service management and how businesses can leverage technology to stay ahead. Christine Rüller from Friedrich Karl Schröder offered valuable perspectives on integrating digital solutions into traditional service workflows, providing attendees with actionable strategies for enhancing their own operations. We also had Knut Mertens from Dynasoft and Tosca, who shared his experiences and best practices for successful software implementation, underlining the importance of customization and user training to maximize the benefits of new technologies.
One of the highlights of the day was the interactive breakout sessions, where attendees could choose topics that resonated most with their specific business needs. These sessions facilitated open dialogue between our users and the Evatic team, allowing for a deeper understanding of the challenges faced in the field and how Evatic’s solutions can help address them. The conversations were lively and productive, with participants sharing their own experiences and learning from each other.
Lunch was held at the event hotel, providing a relaxed environment for attendees to network and continue discussions from the morning sessions. It was wonderful to see so many connections being made, with users exchanging ideas and sharing stories of their unique experiences with Evatic. In the evening, we gathered for dinner at a delightful Portuguese restaurant in Düsseldorf, where the conversations continued over delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere.
The Evatic User Conference was more than just an event—it was a testament to the power of collaboration. By bringing together a diverse group of users and industry experts, we were able to foster a sense of shared purpose and mutual benefit. Our customers play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products, and their feedback is invaluable to us. The event provided a platform for them to voice their thoughts, share their success stories, and offer suggestions for improvement. This collaborative spirit is what drives us to continually innovate and refine our solutions to better meet the needs of those who rely on Evatic in their daily operations.
As the day came to a close, we reflected on the insightful discussions and the positive energy that filled the room. The feedback we received during the event, both from the formal sessions and the informal conversations, will be instrumental in guiding the development of Evatic Version 9 and beyond. We are committed to listening to our users and working closely with them to create solutions that not only meet but exceed their expectations.
