About Evatic


Evatic develops and sells the Evatic Service Management System to companies operating in the service industry.

Evatic was established in Norway in 1991 by Mr. Arild Andersen, who served as the company’s CEO for more than 23 years and is still part of the management team, belongs to the board of directors, and is the largest shareholder of Evatic. Evatic has a strong position within the Service Management Industry in Europe today.

The Evatic Service Management System is an in-house developed solution, which is especially adapted to cover the needs of companies performing technical service. A typical Evatic customer focuses on service chain optimization by emphasising on sophisticated contract management, workforce planning and scheduling, and allowing service technicians to use handheld devices with mobile solutions such as Evatic Mobile for mobile phones, PDA and Smartphones or tablet-PCs .

Our list of customers reflect a wide range of businesses, representing various different industries – from small local companies, to major public corporations, national and international. The common challenge of these industries is the constant demand to deliver excellent technical service which at the same time needs to be cost-effective and profitable.

The Evatic Service Management System is currently available in nine different languages, and Evatic  is presently situated in Norway, Sweden, Germany, France, Singapore, China, Benelux and Poland. The company’s HQ is located in Trondheim, the technological capital of Norway, and it is owned by the founders and Viking Venture.
