Evatic AS, a big-league player in the service management software sector, has acquired WS Software AB in Sweden, the owner of the WinServ service management platform. Together Evatic and WS Software will have more than 800 customers in 30+ countries and become Europe’s leading service management software supplier.
“We are extremely happy to add WinServ to our product family” says Pål M. Rødseth, CEO of Evatic. “We have known Ronny, founder and CEO of WS Software, for years and we believe that the two organisations will be much stronger together when it comes to developing service management software solutions for the future. This is our second acquisition in less than a year, after purchasing Tesseract in the UK in September 2016, and is in line with our strategy to become the leading player in this space”.
Ronny Fransson, founder and CEO of WS Software, adds, “We have known Evatic for many years, and we are confident that the WinServ solution is in the best hands going forward. Being part of a larger software group will add strength to the product development needed to be a service management solution provider for the future.”
Evatic is based in Trondheim, Norway and has offices in the UK, Sweden, Germany, France, Holland and Singapore. As a result of this acquisition, the company will offer a broad suite of service management solutions under the Evatic, Tesseract and WinServ umbrella and become the go-to provider for companies seeking to make their services profitable.
Evatic is a private company owned by the founders and Viking Venture. WS Software’s main office is in Stockholm. For further information, please contact Evatic on +47 7 3802 200
