What does upgrading involve?

We have made the process of upgrading as minimal as possible, in essence it will be very similar to your existing upgrade process without any lengthy database migrations. The exact process will depend on whether you are a cloud or on-premise customer and will be discussed as part of planning your upgrade.

What charges are there?

The new look is available, at no extra cost, to all customers with a current Asolvi subscription agreement. Any supplementary training or support services will be charged at our standard rates.
