Radon Medical invest in a Tesseract service management

Radon Medical Imaging Corp. was founded in 1976 as the Radon Corporation in Spartanburg, SC. In 2013, Radon Medical Imaging became two companies, with offices located in three states namely, South Carolina, West Virginia and Virginia. They have grown into an entity of over 60 employees covering a service and sales region encompassing the Mid-Atlantic US, while offering parts nationwide and internationally. Radon Medical Imaging Companies are full service X-ray companies which sells, services, and installs a variety of exceptional quality new and pre-owned radiographic equipment including, but not limited to; General Radiographic, Radiographic-Fluoroscopic, Mammography systems, Cardiac Cath Labs, Angiographic Labs, Tomography, Urology, Digital DR and CR and selected PACS systems. People, Products and Service best describes the strengths of Radon Medical Imaging Corp. This translates to RELIABILITY – 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Given the vast modalities of the Medical Imaging Equipment that they provide, it was very difficult to have a Service Management Application that is flexible enough to mold itself to the complex internal processes, medical codes, and technical requirements and also keep up with the growing needs of their business. Having tried two earlier applications, Radon was very apprehensive on implementing any new software applications unless they were 100% certain that it fits their current and growing business needs. Over a two year period after a deep due diligence on the application, Radon has decided on Tesseracts Service Management SC5.1 application. They are currently working with the US team to ensure that the features and benefits discussed during the due diligence phase are systematically implemented. Working directly with the Tesseract Service Management SC 5.1 Development team, they are also helping to make the product more robust for the high demand, regulated Medical Imaging business.

In summary, having one application that takes care of a complex install base, Sales, Service, Contracts, Warranties, Preventive Maintenance, Repairs, Relocations, Refurbishments, Parts and Logistics helped Radon Medical Imaging decide on Tesseract Service Center 5.1. Radon Medical Imaging will be going live in March-April 2016. They are invested in a Service management application that can adapt to their growing business needs.
