Asolvi seeks an experienced Technical Consultant to play a key role in implementations of the Tesseract Service Centre product. He or she will provide the necessary business process and application consulting, training and documentation to ensure customer success in using Tesseract as a tool to improve overall business performance.
Asolvi supports end-to-end service lifecycle management including customer assets, call handling, parts and repairs, contracts, remote engineer access, customer portals and invoicing. The Tesseract product is SaaS-based and one of the most complete and most connected field service management solutions on the market. Asolvi also enables seamless integration with existing ERP and other 3rd party platforms.
- Strong communication abilities, good customer service skills, and the capacity to interact effectively at all levels of a customer’s organisation
- Experience of implementing field service, ERP or enterprise software solutions
- Confidence when advising customers, from scoping the solution to implementation and rollout
- Experience of working with field service management systems or service best-of-breed systems, either as a consultant or a project manager
- Understanding of the field service and/or aftermarket business
- Experience of working in IT projects, e.g. leading workshops, writing specifications, configuring applications, conducting training, project management, documentation, etc.
